Green Economy unit was participated at 11. Economy Development conference which was organized on 6th of December in Hotel Benczúr.

We heard a lot of interesting presentations about economy strategy and Industry 4.0 and we had opportunity to present our running CIRCE2020 Interreg Central Europe project at the conference’s place.

The project’s aim is to access the circular economy concept implementation of the industrially relevant region. The pilot area is the Tatabánya Industrial Park where we focus two selected waste streams that are currently being analyzed by LCA (life cycle) and LCC (life cycle cost). Our other tasks include finding partners who can utilize the waste as a raw material or resource in their technological processes.
